Boobies!
Just the word will do it for many, show a nice pair and 90% of us are distracted.
The seven types of stool are:
Type 1: Separate hard lumps, like nuts (hard to pass)
Type 2: Sausage-shaped, but lumpy
Type 3: Like a sausage but with cracks on its surface
Type 4: Like a sausage or snake, smooth and soft
Type 5: Soft blobs with clear cut edges (passed easily)
Type 6: Fluffy pieces with ragged edges, a mushy stool
Type 7: Watery, no solid pieces. Entirely liquid
Well, only in comparison to the Midwest. Mom us expecting a couple of feet of snow and sub-zero temps. So I won't whine about the sub-freezing temps here.
Why, if a male says something to the female in his life, she assumes he doesn't have the slightest idea what he's talking about. But if a stranger (aka Joe Shit) says the same thing, it's gospel? However, if he mentions this, he MUST be making it up.
Another weekend is nigh. And it's not going to be as painful as the last one. We are going down to Seattle for some things we can't get here. And my usual grocery shopping, though I have to find a new store. The grocery store I've been shopping at for 15 years is closing. Just another adventure in life.
Even though we are only a month into winter, today has a feeling of spring. It's nice, but when spring weather come spring allergies and grass that needs to be cut.
I'm reading a book about all the ways people have died in and around the Grand Canyon. The causes can pretty much be summarized by three words: ignorance, arrogance and/or stupidity.
I actually accomplished most of what I set out to do over the weekend. Now I'm paying for it; stove up and sore. It's Hell getting old.
Stuff that I haven't been able to accomplish, mainly because if weather. Mainly a fencepost to set and work in the shed. It's not raining and it's not blowing 30; what it also isn't is warm.
And I'm going to stay inside. The rain gauge read about three-quarters inch in the last 24 hours. And it's chilly out there too, mid-30s.
Today isn't one of those times. It's nasty and rainy out there today, and I think I'll stay in the office where it's dry and warm.
I watched some of the show, not because I give a rat's patootie about who wins (I haven't been to a movie since the last Harry Potter flick, haven't seen the current one yet), but because of Ricky Gervaise. My favorite line of the night was his closer, "Thank you God for making me an atheist."
My brain isn't functional this morning. But I'm enjoying all the sturm und drang over the lottery winner in Idaho who never got around to divorcing her estranged, wasted food, lowlife ex. Now he's entitled to half her $190M windfall.
I find it amusing that the most valuable sleep time is the 7 minutes you get after hitting the snooze button.
Dammit! You'll KNOW when I'm yelling at you because your fucking ears will hurt. Good Gods, why do females jump to the yelling defense whenever a male's voice rises above a near whisper?
Back in the office today. It was w nice week off, but it's nice to get back to a normal schedule; though it was a real bitch getting up this morning. And my car hadn't moved since the 23rd, so I had to chisel it out if its snow and ice cocoon to drive to work. I really need to repair the rear window defroster...
The Seahawks are playing for their post-season lives today. The way they've been playing, I'm not sure if I give a shit. Win or lose, the team sucks and I gave up on them long ago.
Woke to three inches on the ground and more falling. I excavated Mrs. Bristol's car and cleared the windows; she has an appointment this morning. I'm continuing my week of sloth; I don't have to be in the office until Monday.
A quiet Christmas yesterday. A quieter Boxing Day today. The kattens wore themselves out with a bow, was fun to watch.
I'm taking a week off work, I don't go back to the office until after the new year. We don't have anything planned, I may not leave the house except for errands.
Gonna be a quiet, relaxing week, and I'm going to enjoy the Hell out of it.
For some reason I'm feeling old and worn out lately. Yeah, I was sick all last weekend; but this is more existential than physical. Guess it's time to once again take a step back and look at what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. Maybe some thing or things need to be changed.
Work has been brutal, home not a lot better, and now I'm sick.
Ass deep in alligators and wearing a dead carp jockstrap.
It's pouring ass rain out there. There's a warm weather system pouring warm, moist air into the Seattle area. Flood advisories on all the rivers, flood warnings on a few, landslides have closed US-2 over the Cascades, over 2 inches of rain at the house in the last 24 hours.
Since Mrs. Bristol is out of town, I am taking today off, we have a new garage door being installed. It's nice because I'm working this weekend.
