Canada got it up at last. Of course I'm talking about the indoor Olympic flame cauldron. All-in-all, a very good Winter Games, even taking the unfortunate death of the Georgian luger into account. Some truly exciting competitions and rivalries, capped off with a corker of a hockey game. The weather added some drama and the athletes added more. I almost wish I'd gone up for a day or two, Vancouver is only an hour and a half away (plus any border delay, usually worse coming home ) .
